Fishing Day 2
Sunrise…
We finally kept some fish…
Someone else caught a bigger fish. Much bigger…
And a reflection of sunset…

Last week I took a little fishing trip to the Queen Charlotte Islands.

We flew in on a float plane called a Sea Otter,
and slept on this ship.
The fishing was amazing
although I wasn’t too comfortable releasing the first fish we caught which easily would have made my top 10 list for the biggest I had ever seen. But they promised we would see bigger ones.
Day 2 coming soon…
I have been wondering for the past six months why Tiger Mountain was called Tiger Mountain. It’s neighbor, Cougar Mountain makes sense since there are Cougars in them hills. But I know there aren’t tigers up there. Then today I stumbled upon the reason… near the summit grow wild Tiger Lilys. They are smaller than the domestic variety… but pretty cool to see in the wild.
Somebody has too much money and time. I wondered if there were a series of little conveyor belt wheels on the undercarriage so that it doesn’t get high centered when going over speed bumps.
